The flavonoid contents and relative expression levels of several P450 genes at different developmental stages of Chinese white pear fruit. The x-axis shows five developmental periods of pear fruits (15, 45, 90, 120 and 145 DAF). Tubulin protein was used as the reference gene to determine expression levels in each period. The y-axis represents the flavonoid content, the FPKM (Fragments Per Kilobase of exon model per Million mapped fragments) values of RNA-seq and the relative expression levels calculated using the 2−△△Ct method.
